What you may do: Use the color codes, palettes, and values generated by our Tools freely in your own personal or commercial projects — colors and color codes themselves are not subject to copyright.
What you may not do: Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Site's source code, design, or written content without our express written permission. You may not use our name, logo, or branding to imply endorsement of your own product without consent.
Our Image Color Picker tool allows you to upload images for color extraction. All image processing occurs locally in your browser — we do not store, view, or transmit your uploaded images to any server.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload and process any image, including compliance with copyright and privacy laws. We are not liable for any content you choose to upload or process using our Tools.
The Site and all Tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of results.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. Use of the Site and reliance on any information or tool output is at your own risk.
